Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: June 15, 2026 · Last Updated: June 15, 2026
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or booking our services.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hydrate LA website and the wellness services we provide. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
Hydrate LA offers concierge mobile IV wellness services — including hydration, vitamin, and related drips — delivered to your home, office, or hotel in the greater Los Angeles area. Services are administered in person by a licensed registered nurse following a health screening, under physician medical direction and in accordance with California law.
Hydrate LA operates in partnership with Electrolyte Med. Bookings are placed through Electrolyte Med’s platform, and Electrolyte Med’s licensed providers conduct a telehealth consultation and provide physician medical direction to confirm that a treatment is appropriate for you before your nurse visit. Our services are intended to support general wellness and are not emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
3. Informational Purpose; No Medical Advice
The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Using our website or reading our content does not create a nurse–patient or physician–patient relationship. Our services and statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your own physician before beginning any new wellness treatment, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition, or take medication.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to book or receive our services. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the health screening and booking process. For your safety, we may decline, modify, or discontinue a service at our professional discretion — including where a service is not clinically appropriate for you.
5. Informed Consent
Before any treatment is administered, you will be asked to review and provide informed consent specific to the service you receive. That consent process describes the nature of the treatment and its potential risks and benefits. These Terms are in addition to, and do not replace, the treatment-specific informed consent.
6. Assumption of Risk & Release
You understand that IV therapy and related wellness services carry inherent risks, which may include (without limitation) discomfort, bruising, swelling, bleeding or vein irritation at the insertion site, lightheadedness, infection, and, rarely, allergic or other adverse reactions. Having been informed of these risks, you voluntarily choose to receive the services and assume all such risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Hydrate LA, its nurse, its supervising or collaborating physician, and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from liability for ordinary risks associated with the services that you have knowingly assumed. Nothing in these Terms releases any party from liability that cannot be released under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Booking, Pricing & Payment
Appointments are booked and paid for through Electrolyte Med’s third-party booking platform. Current pricing for each service and add-on is presented at the time of booking. Because our wellness services are elective, they are generally not covered by health insurance, and we do not bill insurance. You authorize the applicable charges for the services you select, which are processed by Electrolyte Med’s payment provider. Bookings placed through Electrolyte Med’s platform are also subject to Electrolyte Med’s own policies.
8. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
We ask that you cancel or reschedule with reasonable advance notice so we can accommodate other clients. Specific cancellation windows, deposits, and any associated fees are disclosed at the time of booking and apply to your appointment. Failure to be present and ready at the scheduled time, or refusal to complete the required health screening, may result in a cancellation or fee as described at booking. Cancellations and refunds for bookings placed through Electrolyte Med’s platform may also be governed by Electrolyte Med’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Your Responsibilities & a Safe Environment
To receive in-person services, you agree to provide a safe, clean, and reasonable environment for treatment and to be free from impairment that would make the service unsafe. We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or end a service at any time if our nurse determines, in her professional judgment, that continuing would be unsafe or inappropriate.
10. Communications Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive service-related communications from us. Marketing communications are sent only where you have opted in, and you may opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Hydrate LA and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website and bookings rely on third-party services, including our partner Electrolyte Med and its booking and payment platform. Bookings made through Electrolyte Med’s platform are also subject to Electrolyte Med’s own Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Individual results from wellness services vary from person to person, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hydrate LA and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hydrate LA and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your misuse of our website or services, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Before pursuing formal action, you agree to first contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless you and Hydrate LA agree in writing to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any treatment-specific consent you sign, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hydrate LA regarding your use of our website and services.
